By placing orders at www.theorganiccompany.dk or www.heorganiccompanydk.com you agree to be bound by below general Terms and Conditions. Please read it carefully. The applicable language of the Terms and Conditions is the English language. In below we will refer to The Organic Company as “us”, “our”, “we” or simply “The Organic Company”.
Once you have selected one of our products on our webshop, you have to select the color and/or size that you wish to order. The selected product(s) will be transferred to your shopping cart by clicking on the 'Add To Cart' button. You can either decide to add more products to your cart or proceed to the checkout by clicking on the button, 'Checkout' in your cart. Please, check that your order is correct before proceeding. When you press 'Pay Now' button, you are guided to our payment provider, to hand over credit card details. Please, check everything is correct before submitting. When you have placed the order, you will automatically become a registered user of our site.
After having submitted your order you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please, check that all details are correct.
All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance by sending you an email that confirms that the products have been shipped – you will recieve the 'Completed Order Confirmation'.
COMPLETED ORDER CONFIRMATION
The purchase will only relate to those products which we have confirmed in the Completed Order Confirmation.
The order confirmation that you receive via email is your invoice. It can be used equally with the 'Thank You' page that is showing on the screen just after you finish ordering.
PRODUCTS OUT OF STOCK
The Organic Company reserves the right to send orders partly, when ordered products are out of stock. We also reserve the right to cancel orders if ordered items are no longer available in our shop. In these cases you will be notified by email or telephone.
We attempt to be as accurate as possible in our product descriptions. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this website is error-free.
We endeavour to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, the colours displayed on your screen can differ from the actual colours, therefore we can not guarantee that your screen displays the accurate colour of the product(s).
The product prices may change over time and we endeavour to limit the number of price errors. We reserve the right to modify prices on our webshop at any time without notice. Changes will not affect orders for which we have sent a completed order confirmation.
The pricing currency on our web site is determined as Danish Crowns (DKK). All our prices are including VAT at the rate applicable when your order is placed. The VAT rate can vary according to the EC intra-community rules or other international laws in force. Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. All product prices listed on our site are excluding delivery costs. View shipping costs in the cart, there is an option to calculate correct shipping costs.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Your order will be shipped within 1-3 workdays from the date the order was placed.
Please, notice that we are unable to deliver to P.O. box adresses. In case of delays caused by our spediteur, The Organic Company cannot be held accountable.

CHANGE OF MIND
If you regret the choice of your order and want to return a product(s), please, notify us by email to email@example.com and return it to:

within 14 days from the day you have received the package. Please, ensure to include a copy of your invoice.
The product(s) cannot have any signs of usage and the original labels and hangtags must be originally placed.
Please, be aware that you are responsible for choosing a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance and The Organic Company can not be held responsible for the freight cost.
As soon as your order reaches our office, we will refund you the money.
WARRANTY & DEFECTS
We will evaluate any cases of complaints individually.
When you wish to file a complaint, first thing you need to do, is to send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org containing a description and pictures of the problem. Please, also attach a copy of your invoice. We kindly ask you to complete this process before returning the product(s).
In cases where the complaint is justified, we will send you a return label by email.

When returning an order you are responsible for choosing a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Please, ensure to include a copy of your invoice.
Please, note that The Organic Company do not exchange the returned product(s), but only refund the purchase. If you need another product, please, follow the return guide above and place a new order. For further questions, please, contact email@example.com.
Exact shipping prices are indicated at checkout and are dependent on destination and the weight of products. Customers outside the EU may be required to pay custom and import fees, when the order reaches the country of destination. These fees will be paid in full by the receiver of the package.
You will receive a link to track and trace your order when your order has been shipped.
In case your order is returned to The Organic Company, due to failure in picking up the parcel, typing a wrong address or another fault caused by you as customer, we can resend your order after having confirmed this with you.
Our liability in connection with any purchased products through our web site is strictly limited to the purchase price of those products. This does not include or limit in any way our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or for any matter which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to exclude our liability.

Our performance of our obligations under these terms and conditions is deemed to be suspended during the Force Majeure event period, and we will have an extension of time for delivery for the duration of that period. We will endeavour to bring the Force Majeure Event to an end or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract can be fulfilled despite the Force Majeure Event.
