If you regret the choice of your organic order and want to return a product(s), please, notify us by email to email@example.com - and return it to:

within 14 days from the day you have received the package. Please, ensure to include a copy of your invoice.
The product(s) cannot have any signs of usage and the original labels and hangtags must be originally placed.
Please, be aware that you are responsible for choosing a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance and we can not be held responsible for the freight cost.
As soon as your order reaches our office, we will refund you the money.
WARRANTY & DEFECTS
We will evaluate any cases of complaints individually.
When you wish to file a complaint, first thing you need to do, is to send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org containing a description and pictures of the problem. Please, attach a copy of your invoice as well.
We kindly ask you to complete this process before returning the product(s).
In cases where the complaint is justified, we will send you a return label by email.
When returning an order, you are responsible for choosing a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Please, ensure to include a copy of your invoice.
