Article: SUPPORTING GOOD WORK

SUPPORTING GOOD WORK
Responsibility, to us, is not only about the products we make. It is also about standing behind the people and projects that are quietly doing important work for the land we all depend on.
For years, we have been proud members of Andelsgaarde, a Danish member-owned cooperative working to bring farmland into regenerative, chemical-free agriculture — for good. Founded in 2018, Andelsgaarde is now active on seven farms across Denmark, where independent farmers grow grain, fruit and vegetables while restoring the health of the soil around them. Half of the land is left to nature: forests, meadows, lakes and streams, given room to return.
What we love most about Andelsgaarde is the community it has built. Members come from every walk of life — students, nurses, directors, farmers, retirees, and everyone in between — united by a simple idea: that real change happens when people come together. Every month, our membership fee goes toward the cooperative's next farm purchase, helping secure more land, more soil health, and more biodiversity for the future.
It is a small, steady act of support on our part. But we believe that is exactly how lasting change is made: not by one company or one farm alone, but by many hands, gathered around a shared goal.
We are grateful to be part of it, and we encourage anyone curious about regenerative farming, community, or simply a good walk in the Danish countryside to take a look at their work.
